To make a payment through PayPal, click " Make a Payment" to the right.
- Creating a "Unique Identifier" or "UID" is a secure way to let us know for whom the payment is being made without compromising your privacy.
- At InSight, the UID is made up of the first three letters of the client's last name, first initial and six-digit birth date.
- For example, John Smith, who was born on January 9, 2003 would have a UID of SMIJ010903.
